FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is a COI- do you have one?

It has become very common for venues to request all of your vendors' 'COI', AKA Certificate of Insurance. We are an insured wedding business and our artists are covered while on-location working for us under our policy. We will absolutey provide this to your venue at their request.
When will my Artists arrive on the Wedding Day?

We will create an organized timeline from start to finish based on specific details we will ask you and collect on a questionaire at 3 months from the wedding. You will know exactly when the team will arrive and finish, and can share that timeline with your venue, coordinator and photographer months in advance of the big day.
Should I book a Bridal Consultation AKA Bridal Trial?

About 99% of our brides do decide to do a trial. We schedule all of our trials with the artist/s that you will be working with on your wedding. We suggest about 3 months before the wedding. We do send a detailed email to our brides about trials 6 months from the wedding so they can begin to plan their time. We do not offer weekend trials due to weddings, and we book our trials 10am-4pm in general. Makeup trial is 1 hour long Hair trial is 1 hour long Hair and Makeup trial is 2 hours long
What is a service and are both hair and makeup considered 1 service?

A Service: a Hair Style or Makeup application. Hair and Makeup are considered 2 services.

Absolutely! We have been photographing Boudoir for more than 8 years! Photographers Joy and Amanda lead you through an amazing experience full of posing direction and laughter! Where is FBJ WEDDINGS?

We are off Atlee/Elmont Exit in Hanover County. We are 15 minutes North of Richmond right off 95. Starting Feb. 1 2024 our new address is by appointment only and you will get this via email for your bridal trial time!
